Your thoughts on graduates in Malaysia

When talk about graduates in Malaysia, everyone can imagine graduate who has no job but active to find a jobs.  I’m imagine when I send letters and emails to related company and even go to nearby company for walk in interview. Unfortunately, no respond from the letters and emails I sent. Every walk in interview failed. Now I’m thinking, why I cannot get a job? How am I going to live? Unemployment is a situation when a person who is actively searching for employment is unable to find work.

Malaysian people have been taught facing issue of high employment rates among local graduates. This issue has been appearing on the television, newspaper, internet and others. This is because Malaysia graduates have lack of skill experiences, demand too much on salary and employer does not believe in fresh graduates. They also lack of English command skill and poor communication skills that make them difficult to get a good job. Nowadays, Malaysia graduates want the salary more than what they are deserve. They also want a job location near from their house because easy to move from their house to workplace. Lastly employer does not believe in fresh graduate’s ability because they don’t have experiences. Employers expected that graduates have low confidence in job interview.
