Leadership -

Leadership is a skill that students develop throughout college from classes that require group effort. I can build up my leadership skills by participating in college clubs and associations. Highlight my leadership skills to employers through examples of when I had to take initiative to complete an important  project at office.

Demonstrate personal discipline -

I'm good in personal discipline. After I'm graduate, I hope employers want to hire me become their employee. I'm very punctual person and careful in making some thing.

 soft skills -

Employability or ‘soft skills’ are the foundation of my career building blocks and I'm frequently referenced as lacking in school-leavers, graduates and those already in employment.  Organisations spend a lot of time and money training staff, not in job specific areas but in general and basic skills.

Think creatively –

Employers are looking for people who are able to think of creative solutions to problems and suggest better and more efficient working practices.  Think of ways your ideas have been used previously to improve working practices in your previous employment.
